Anthony Norcott
(Group Chairman)
Tony is a founding director of the group and has worked in the industry for over 60 years, qualifying as ACII in 1964. He initially worked with a major insurer and subsequently with regional and international broking firms prior to the formation of Circle in 1991. Tony remains client focused and a dedicated chairman, concentrating on the professional and financial security of the group. Tony is fully committed to an industry in which he is recognised as a market leader having been involved as a member of Lloyd’s for over 30 years.
Keri Egan
(Group Managing Director)
Keri is an FCII qualified Chartered Insurance Broker, who also holds a Masters Degree in Insurance and Risk Management and is passionate about maintaining professional standards across the group. As group managing director, she has strategic oversight of the group and as well as daily operational leadership on a day-to-day basis. Keri has undertaken client facing work since joining Circle in 2004 and has considerable expertise in advising and arranging corporate insurance arrangement and continues to service a select number of clients. (Managing Director, Circle Insurance Services Limited)
Ian has been with Circle Insurance Services since 2007. He started as the development manager for the Glasgow office and has worked his way to become the Managing Director of Circle Insurance Services Limited. Ian began his career as an underwriter with Royal Insurance and quickly moved into broking. He has worked for National Brokers and Large Independents, both at the coalface and managerial roles. Ian is responsible for the operational and strategic performance of Circle Insurance Services and is also a member of the Group Board, advising and supporting our sister companies with their plans. Ian still retains a small number of key clients, delivering tailor more insurance programmes and advising on risk management strategies. Peter Jones
(Director)
Peter’s career in the insurance industry began in 1980. He spent the first 15 years working for two insurers, predominantly on business development but also as a specialist risk surveyor for a highly specialised niche insurer providing valuation, risk management and design of insurance programmes. In 1996 Peter moved from insurer to insurance broking, joining Circle Insurance in 1998. He has been a Director since 2007 and works closely with the other Board members in defining and implementing operational strategy and business development whilst continuing with client work arranging corporate insurance programmes.
